This is an Art & Automobiles Exhibition. No illegal or un-permitted outdoor gatherings will be tolerated. Exterior parking/parking lot is for visitors only. The property will be monitored by Nassau Police, any illegal racing or un-permitted outdoor gatherings will be punishable by law.

VIP INTERIOR SPACE: Highly limited space by approval only. Vehicles approved for interior space- will park inside the venue on the main event floor. - SPACE IS LIMITED

GUIDELINE:

All Vehicles must have ENGINES OFF the event.

Exhibitors may place signs and business branding within their designated space, aisles between vehicles must remain clear and open.

No Cars will be permitted to gather in the exterior parking lot. This exhibit is indoors only. Exterior parking will be reserved for visitors of the event only.

Vehicles MUST remain inside/parked with engine off for the entirety of the event. NO VEHICLES MAY EXIT until the event load-out time of 10:15pm for the safety of our visitors and other exhibitors. This rule will be fully enforced.

Under no circumstance are vehicles to be raced on the property. Nassau County Police will be monitoring the parking lot and surrounding property. Any illegal/un-permitted acts or gatherings will be punishable by law.

Exhibitors are fully responsible for their vehicle, displays, and property for the entirety of the event. LI PopUp will assume no responsibility for any lost or damaged property.

VENDORS/EXHIBITORS WILL ENSURE THEIR SPACE IS LEFT CLEAN AND EMPTY AT THE END OF THE EVENT. ANY GARBAGE OR CLEAN UP LEFT BEHIND MAY RESULT IN A CLEAN UP FEE OF $200 DOLLARS AS PER THE SAMANEA MALL.
Event Times:
Load In: 2:00PM- 4:30PM- Vehicle Exhibitors will be given a load-in time prior to the event. Late arrival may be turned away.
Event Hours: 5:00PM - 10:00PM
Load Out: 10:15PM - No vehicles may exit the property until the event ends for the safety of those inside.
Vehicle Exhibition Space Pricing:

(1) Vehicle: Interior main event space: $100.00

(1) Vehicle + 6x6 foot branding space: $175.00

(1) Vehicle + 8x8 foot branding space: $225.00

(1) Vehicle + 10x10 foot branding space: $275.00
NOTE: We will not provide exhibitors with tables, displays, or signage. Pricing is based (1) Vehicle + additional space for business branding or merchandise sales.
Applications and Approval:
No Application is considered completed without vendor/exhibitor payment. No Spots will be reserved, until payment is complete.
All Applications will be reviewed by the Event Director. Once approved, you will be emailed a link to complete vendor payment.
Refunds will be issued for refund requests received on or before 5 days prior to selected market. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. After refund window, no refunds will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full. After submitting your refund request in writing by email to grace@madesocialmanagement.com, please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request.
