Loading In 

All Vendors/Exhibitors will receive our Vendor PDF (2) two days prior to their scheduled event with their specific Spot Number.

*PLEASE NOTE* We do not provide space assignments any sooner. 

 

Vendors should be setup 20 minutes before the start time of all events. No Vendors will be allowed to load-in after the event has opened to the public. No refunds will be provided to late Vendors.

Food Service Vendors

It is the sole responsibility of Food Vendors to obtain the proper permit Nassau County Health Department. Their phone number is 516-227-9717
