About the Event
The Langdon Social is a curated community celebration rooted in the heart of Lynbrook. Hosted along Langdon Place, this outdoor event brings together elevated local vendors, music, food, and community vibes in celebration of the new pulse of Lynbrook—The Langdon. This is a boutique-style street event designed to attract residents, visitors, and future residents alike.
Vendor Pricing
Thanks to generous sponsorships, vendor spaces at The Langdon Social are now free of charge. Spaces are limited and will be offered to selected vendors to ensure a curated and high-quality experience. Apply early to secure consideration.
Please Note: although participation is free, any vendor selling food must still apply for a permit with the Nassau County Dept. of Health.

All vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and setup equipment. No electricity is provided. Vendors requiring power must bring their own generators.
All food vendors are required to obtain a One-Day Temporary Event Permit from the Nassau County Department of Health.
Vendor Rules & Guidelines

Space Only: This is a space-only event. Vendors must provide all setup materials.

Electricity: No electricity is provided. Vendors must bring their own generators if needed.

Health Permit: All food vendors must obtain a One-Day Temporary Event Permit from the Nassau County Department of Health.

Setup + Breakdown: Vendors will receive setup and breakdown time windows prior to the event. Late arrivals or early departures are not permitted.

Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area. Trash left behind may result in fines or exclusion from future events.

Weather & Rain Date: In the event of severe weather, the rain date is Sunday, October 5th at the same time.

Conduct: All vendors are expected to behave professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
